  Urgent help- boiler breakdown; restoration of hot water same day; boiler replacement within a week

  Charlie was able to assess the boiler within 4 hours of the job being posted. He did a very thorough assessment; and sourced additional parts in order that hot water could be restored within a couple of hours . He returned within a week to replace the boiler. Worked to a very high standard. Communication was excellent.
