Charlie is fantastic, very reliable and really easy to communicate with. I had a few things come up so had to reschedule a few times but he was great! Very punctual also.

Charlie was able to assess the boiler within 4 hours of the job being posted. He did a very thorough assessment; and sourced additional parts in order that hot water could be restored within a couple of hours . He returned within a week to replace the boiler. Worked to a very high standard. Communication was excellent.

Excellent, a neighbour referred me to Charlie, he assessed the job & booked me in for 15/1. Arrived on time to redirect a cold water pipe to the shower & added a stop cock, which had not been previously installed. I am very pleased with his work and would recommend him. He is a pleasant young man and I am sure he will do well.
