Charles gave a rough quote over the phone but on visiting found the job to be much smaller than expected so charged well under the quote. Charles was extremely efficient and very courteous. We needed an urgent repair for a leaking toilet. Charlie contacted us quickly and was able to fit us into his schedule almost immediately between jobs.
