The work carried out was beyond my expectations. Charlie left everything clean and tidy after each visit. A job extremely well done. Highly recommended.

Charles gave a rough quote over the phone but on visiting found the job to be much smaller than expected so charged well under the quote. Charles was extremely efficient and very courteous. He checked his work thoroughly before leaving. Highly recommend him.

We needed an urgent repair for a leaking toilet. Charlie contacted us quickly and was able to fit us into his schedule almost immediately between jobs. I felt we were given excellent cost effective advice. Work carried out to excellent standard. Charlie left everything tidy and respected flooring. Most importantly Charlie was very personable.

Brilliant! Had several quotes. Everyone except CM Plumbing tried to sell me a new hot water tank (really not cheap!). He reassured me, came out looked at it, found the issue, got the tank back up and working temporarily so I had hot water to be going on with, then repaired it a few days later for a very reasonable price. He also came out on a Saturday to look at the issue. And when the water wasn't hot straight afterwards (I hadn't left it long enough for the tank to reheat up), he said to give him a call back later on and that he'd come straight away if there problem. Excellent service.
