  I experienced damp in my house and contacted Derek. He quickly came back to me and set up an appointment. He arrived exactly on time and quickly investigated the issue and provided a prompt solution. Very professional.

  Mould advice

  I emailed Derek looking for advice/help with managing a mould issue. He replied promptly the same evening and despite not carrying out any physical work he replied with lots of useful advice which we are planning to try. Really kind of him - highly recommend.
