  Arrived at scheduled time. Was very polite and professional. Explained exactly how the process would go and gave a thorough debrief of his findings. Very good to deal with and will be contacting Derek for follow up works.

  I emailed Derek looking for advice/help with managing a mould issue. He replied promptly the same evening and despite not carrying out any physical work he replied with lots of useful advice which we are planning to try. Really kind of him - highly recommend.

  Damp issue suggested by another tradesperson.

  Derek deserves all the high praise he receives. He is reliable, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He had previously given me very good advice over the phone before coming out to my property within a short time to investigate what had been suggested, by another tradesperson, as a damp problem. Derek spent time investigating before telling me the very good news that it wasn’t damp. He took the time to check inside and outside my property. Always giving sensible, helpful advice. I would highly recommend CM Damp Proofing.
