Derek was extremely helpful and his colleague who came to do the work as well. Came within a short notice to give me a quote and the work was complete the following week, and I was put at ease with the overall condition of the property. Would highly recommend CM damp proofing, very professional and knowledgeable.

Derek and Dave carried out damp proofing and renewing floor etc. The standard of work was excellent and l was kept informed of the stages of work being completed which was related to myself keeping me up to date which was a great help in reducing any concerns I had.Extremely knowledgeable and professional working continuously completing the job to a very high standard. Derek arrived, on time, removed his shoes, checked the two rooms we feared had damp. None detected, quick look about one more room and had a discussion about humidity in the house, chatted through replacing the front windows and he was on his way again - no charge. fantastic service.
