10 The unblocking of the outside drain

A wonderful team! A big thank you to Mike Burgess who visited the property at the agreed time to give a competitive quote, and engineers Gareth Whitehead and Nick Hart, who arrived on the agreed date, completing the work to the highest standard. Mike responded to all queries and clarifications promptly and throughout. Gareth and Nick worked fast and efficiently, leaving the site spotless. They answered my questions about stop taps, drain-off taps, and the electrical earthing at the end too.
