I recently booked CMB Utilities to carry out a CCTV inspection of the drains at my property and overall had a really good experience from start to finish. Communication was clear about what the job would involve. The team arrived on time, were friendly, and polite. Everything was explained before & after inspection( it didn't take very long). I recieved the video footage 2 days later. They left everything clean & tidy. I found the whole service straightforward, professional and good value, and I'd definately consider using them again if needed in the future.

Mike has gone above & beyond to help get the report we needed to proceed with an extension being blocked by United Utilities. His communication has been amazing, priced so competitively & gave us exactly what we needed (and more) to get our build approved! I can’t thank Mike enough for being a really great person, company & tradesperson to deal with - can’t recommend CMB enough!

Mike and his workmate unblocked my drain speedily and with no fuss. He was communicative and was very willing to offer me advice on where I could obtain a grid cover. I would definitely recommend him and his company.

A wonderful team! A big thank you to Mike Burgess who visited the property at the agreed time to give a competitive quote, and engineers Gareth Whitehead and Nick Hart, who arrived on the agreed date, completing the work to the highest standard. Mike responded to all queries and clarifications promptly and throughout. Gareth and Nick worked fast and efficiently, leaving the site spotless. They answered my questions about stop taps, drain-off taps, and the electrical earthing at the end too. All were friendly and highly approachable, and another contractor on site noticed the same also!

Job completed the next day no concerns staff very friendly very good in price left the job tidy :)
