I had a 'heating emergency' as a vital component in my Tado system failed and the system had no override function. Tado offered no support. I decided to move away from Tado to a Hive system. I needed it done quickly as I had no heating. I came across Click Service Team Limited. They gave me a fixed price quote and were able to come out the following day. We had an old gas boiler with a leak and other safety problems. Eggis of Click Service Team was wonderful! He was punctual, polite, friendly and clearly very experience and skilled. He attended the day after I logged the job, provided a temporary solution before coming two days later to fit a new boiler. Egis was absolutely brilliant. Communication was great, he was able to accommodate an appointment change when a work commitment came up for me and was very friendly & professional with great care for my home. The quality of his work was excellent - everything was thoroughly inspected to find the issue and the right solution and he managed to get it all working. Egis also inspected other areas of improvement I am considering in the summer and talked me through some options and quoted to give me a general idea. Very grateful!
