  I had a 'heating emergency' as a vital component in my Tado system failed and the system had no override function. Tado offered no support. I decided to move away from Tado to a Hive system. I needed it done quickly as I had no heating. I came across Click Service Team Limited. They gave me a fixed price quote and were able to come out the following day. The installation went really well and the cost was exactly as quoted. Very happy with the service.

  We had an old gas boiler with a leak and other safety problems. Eggis of Click Service Team was wonderful! He was punctual, polite, friendly and clearly very experience and skilled. He attended the day after I logged the job, provided a temporary solution before coming two days later to fit a new boiler. Overall an excellent service delivered with great skill and care at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

  Recalibration of radiators that weren’t heating up and consultation/quote on extra work

  Egis was absolutely brilliant. Communication was great, he was able to accommodate an appointment change when a work commitment came up for me and was very friendly & professional with great care for my home. The quality of his work was excellent - everything was thoroughly inspected to find the issue and the right solution and he managed to get it all working. Egis also inspected other areas of improvement I am considering in the summer and talked me through some options and quoted to give me a general idea. Very grateful! Highly recommend

  Boiler servicing (above and beyond)

  Egis was responsive to our request for quotes. Came on time. Serviced the boiler. One of the components was rusty, and he replaced it as part of the service (with an incremental charge for the part). He's very knowledgeable and offers useful tips to keep the boiler and heating system healthy. We would definitely engage him again.
