Egis was absolutely brilliant. Communication was great, he was able to accommodate an appointment change when a work commitment came up for me and was very friendly & professional with great care for my home. The quality of his work was excellent - everything was thoroughly inspected to find the issue and the right solution and he managed to get it all working. Egis also inspected other areas of improvement I am considering in the summer and talked me through some options and quoted to give me a general idea. Very grateful! Highly recommend

Outstanding service. I was contacted very quickly, the work was handled professionally, and communication was excellent throughout. I was kept up to date at every stage and couldn’t fault the experience.

Egis was responsive to our request for quotes. Came on time. Serviced the boiler. One of the components was rusty, and he replaced it as part of the service (with an incremental charge for the part). He's very knowledgeable and offers useful tips to keep the boiler and heating system healthy. We would definitely engage him again.

Egi was quick in his reponse, he was professional and very pleasant to deal with. He managed to attend to the job quickly and was knowledgeable and efficient.. I would definitely use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Egis turned up on time and did a great job. The radiators just needed bleeding which he did and didn’t charge for. Won’t bother looking elsewhere when I next need the boiler looking at.
