I had a suspected leak inside my property. I received a letter from Thames water saying I’m using 100 L of water which I didn’t know nothing about. I called Clear Flow Leak Detection and arranged a time they arrived at my property dead on time a lovely gentleman called Wayne arrived he was so professional he guides me through what he was doing and advised me of the next steps. On 27 September, plumbers from [Company Name] came to our property to inspect a leak inside our toilet. They removed the toilet without turning off the water supply, which caused a flood in our home.Afterwards, they said that the flushing system needed to be replaced, and they carried out the replacement. We were charged £400 for this service. However, the new flush system is leaking externally, and the water has caused damage to our kitchen ceiling. I can assure you we are a very professional company, this repair was fixed and all necessary checks were carried out. Customer contacted 5days later after they dismantled the toilet and expected company to come and fix for free. We help in anyway possible
