I’m writing this reviewregarding clear flow leak detection I received the high water bill from Thames water they advised me I have a leak in my house i called clear flow leak detection they was friendly and helpful I booked a appointment which they came on time technician Sam check my water meter he said i was losing 100 litres per hour which from my understanding is a big leak Sam looked around my house with some listening devices ground mic and found the leak which I was so happy about they wrote a report when I sent it over to my insurance company now the leak is fixed 100% recommend

I had a suspected leak inside my property. I received a letter from Thames water saying I’m using 100 L of water which I didn’t know nothing about. I called Clear Flow Leak Detection and arranged a time they arrived at my property dead on time a lovely gentleman called Wayne arrived he was so professional he guides me through what he was doing and advised me of the next steps. He also wrote me a report so I can send it to the water board they was so professional 100% recommend this company they are so helpful and honest

On 27 September, plumbers from [Company Name] came to our property to inspect a leak inside our toilet. They removed the toilet without turning off the water supply, which caused a flood in our home.Afterwards, they said that the flushing system needed to be replaced, and they carried out the replacement. We were charged £400 for this service. However, the new flush system is leaking externally, and the water has caused damage to our kitchen ceiling. Since then, we have tried to contact the company multiple times, but they do not respond.
