  Crown reduction and removal of large overhanging sections of crack willow tree.

  Jody and his team were very pleasant, quick, competent and cleared up thoroughly outside. The only improvement that could be made, that would have pushed them up to a 10, would be if they’d done a better job of cleaning up the narrow utility room they had to use for all access. It rained while they were working and so mud got transferred to the floor, walks and roof as they hauled the branches through to get chipped. They had a go at cleaning it down with a damp cloth but it still took me a couple of hours to clean it down properly once they’d left.

  Felling trees and bushes from the garden boundary and stump grinding, then installing wooden fencing

  Jody did not complete the job and did a very poor job on the fencing, we had asked for a gate to be installed along with the fencing, but that job was not done properly and he left gaps in the fence and below the gate making the garden unsafe. Overall I had a very poor experience and even after my repeated messages he did not respond. I will not recommend him.

  The fencing and gate were completed fully in line with the agreed quotation and to a high standard. The customer confirmed satisfaction and paid promptly. The review relates to additional, unrelated work requested after completion, which was quoted separately but could not be undertaken at short notice. The claim that the garden was left unsafe is misleading: the customer knowingly chose to remove only part of an existing hedge, which inevitably left an open section. Closing this gap was not within the original scope and was discussed as a separate job.

  Tree Removal

  Jody and his team were very professional, friendly and approachable. They carried out tree removal, stump grinding and some extra tree/hedge trimming. Everything was carried out to our satisfaction if not better. We will be very happy to use them again, in fact we have asked for quotes on additional garden/landscape works, we would not hesitate to recommend them.
