Jody did not complete the job and did a very
poor job on the fencing, we had asked for a gate to be installed along with the fencing, but that job was not done properly and he left gaps in the fence and below the gate making the garden unsafe. Overall I had a very poor experience and even after my repeated messages he did not respond. I will not recommend him.

The fencing and gate were completed fully in line with the agreed quotation and to a high standard. The customer confirmed satisfaction and paid promptly. The review relates to additional, unrelated work requested after completion, which was quoted separately but could not be undertaken at short notice. The claim that the garden was left unsafe is misleading: the customer knowingly chose to remove only part of an existing hedge, which inevitably left an open section. Closing this gap was not within the original scope and was discussed as a separate job.
