  Greater Manchester- what should have been a routine experienced ‘End of Tenancy’ clean proved to be long and a very stressful affair. I was scheduled to have two cleaners, 3.5 hours each a total of 7 hours. However on the day only one cleaner arrived ( not a problem). However that cleaner arrived with very limited equipment, or cleaning materials, a pull along domestic hover, no mop or bucket because his wife had them on a current job, he said , was going to use a cloth to do the floors. They did a reasonable/good job with what they had to work with.

  Hello Sam. We appreciate your feedback. Although there has been a miscommunication with the cleaners about materials on site, we offered an additional reclean, on top of the 9 hrs spent on site. Regretfully, you didnt accept the reclean.

  Both cleaners were polite, hard working and conscientious. they made my house, especially the bathroom look brand new. an excellent job from start to finish. I would recommend this company to everyone.

  Satisfactory cleaning of 4 bathrooms -

  I wouldn’t recommend this company. I wouldn’t use them again. I specifically requested a cleaner that could do a deep clean at a high level and was very specific about what needed to be done before agreeing to use their services. Unfortunately I had to show the cleaner where he had left mould residue and grime in the oven after the clean. He basically was wiping down surfaces 🙄 I had to show pictures of the quality of clean when he left and the company agreed to refund me some of my money. That’s how bad it was. I could’ve done it better myself!

  Hi Shakira, thank you for your feedback. You were advised, that for the hard embedded mould, there would be a need for a product to be left overnight. The cleaner on the day, stayed for extra hrs, to remove existing mould and grime.
