  Dickson was absolutely incredible — I am beyond impressed with the amazing job he did! From start to finish, his attention to detail was outstanding, and he went above and beyond in every possible way. Every room looks spotless, fresh, and beautiful. I genuinely don’t think my house has ever been this sparkly clean! He managed to get areas clean that I didn’t think were even possible to clean! Dickson is hands down one of the best cleaners I’ve ever had — professional, thorough, efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Thank you so much.

  Asked for a cleaner to come for a trial

  Cleaner arrived 30 mins early, immediately started taking photos of the interior of my house. I asked what she was doing and she said her boss wanted to see before and after photos to make sure she was doing her job properly. I rang the office to question this and they said it was ‘protocol’. I asked them to delete the photos and for her to leave. They then tried to charge me for 45 minutes work and a £30 cancellation fee. Kept ringing me all day, to pay; and I mean harassing me all day to pay. Horrendous customer service! Never again!

  Hi Jane thank you for your review. It was explained to you via multiple teams, that before and after pictures are taken for quality control and other reasons. Once you expressed that you didnt want the pictures taken, we deleted the pictures immediately. However, you instructed the cleaner to leave the property 45 mins in as she advised in an insisting tone and on top of that you refused to pay the cancellation fee stipulated in our service agreement. Please note that we have reported the incident to Checkatrade with all the facts of the incident.
