The cleaner was efficient and amiable.

They cleaned my 1 bed 1 bath flat beautifully in 2 hrs. I use them weekly and worth every penny

The attention to detail was incredible and the clean was performed to really high standards.

They were very responsive in their messages but failed to provide guidance on how many hours were required. The cleaner took far too long to do a very poor job, leaving dust and hair on floors, crumbs behind appliances and other areas untouched. They needed heavy supervision and coaching on how to actually clean and not leave areas unattended. After they were done, they charged for the additional hour they spent cleaning because they’d just missed areas in the first place and needed to be told to go back and clean again to an appropriate standard. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I live site invisible disabilities, so needed assistance with organising a room. I can honestly say I am extremely pleased with the efficiency, hardworking, and commitment of the workers who carried out my work. One young lady in particular really understood my assignment, & helped ease my anxiety to get things sorted! I had neglected this room and felt overwhelmed just walking in there previously. BUT NOW! Amazing, clear and concise! My boxes were labelled and they even provided some clear boxes also. It was a daunting tasks at first. I'm more than happy with the result. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
