  Replaced tiles on front of house, new tiled porch roof and new ensuite bathroom

  We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out by Clarkes Builders. They re-tiled the front of our house and our porch roof to an exceptionally high standard, completely transforming the look of our home. Ricky’s expert knowledge saved us a huge amount of money by avoiding the need to replace the entire porch. His advice was honest, practical and clearly based on years of experience. The team were professional, efficient and friendly, and also completed a beautiful new en-suite bathroom at a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend Clarkes Builders and will definitely use them

  New tiled roof

  We are very happy with the service provided by Clarkes of Brighton. We needed a new roof on our 4 bed bungalow and as our daughter had a very positive roofing experience with Clarkes in 2017, we asked them to do the work. All members of the team were professional, polite and friendly. The project manager gave great attention to detail enabling the work to be completed within 2 weeks to a very high standard.   Amazing job transforming our attic

  Clarkes of Brighton did an amazing job transforming our attic. What was once a dark, dusty and unwelcoming void has become a bright and beautiful place for us to relax in. Ricky was happy to spend as much time as needed to discuss exactly what we wanted, and also had lots of creative solutions to make the most of the space. The team worked at lightning speed, were prompt, friendly, and we were very happy with all the work they did. We have used their services before and will not hesitate to use them again.   I had a chimney replaced. Ricky gave me a quote on Wednesday, I accepted it on Thursday and the work was completed on Friday! No mess and I was very happy with everything

  refurbishment of lounge

  A huge thank you to Ricky and his team for transforming our tired looking lounge into a stunningly vibrant room. With many aspects to the project - electrics, fitting of french doors, emulsioning walls & ceiling and laying new wooden floor, Ricky efficiently co-ordinated each aspect. Several skilful people often worked harmoniously side by side e.g. the electrician reinstalling the lights while the carpenter was laying the new floor - it was indeed team work that completed our project in just 3 weeks. Everyone helped with moving our furniture. We recommend Clarkes of Brighton to you.
