  well-priced. Good communication. excellent standard of work. Ricky sorted out surprise issues along the way (damp under floor and leaky flat roof). left things tidy each day. 100% recommended

  Leaky ceiling sorted!

  We had a terrible leak with water rushing through the ceiling into our bedroom, and it was genuinely stressful. Ricky came out within hours of my phone call, immediately assessed what was going on and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. He was calm, friendly and reassuring at a moment when we really needed it, and it was such a relief to have someone who clearly knew exactly what they were doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clarks of Brighton. They’re responsive, helpful and they get the job done.

  Replaced tiles on front of house, new tiled porch roof and new ensuite bathroom

  We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out by Clarkes Builders. They re-tiled the front of our house and our porch roof to an exceptionally high standard, completely transforming the look of our home. Ricky’s expert knowledge saved us a huge amount of money by avoiding the need to replace the entire porch. His advice was honest, practical and clearly based on years of experience. The team were professional, efficient and friendly, and also completed a beautiful new en-suite bathroom at a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend Clarkes Builders and will definitely use them

  New tiled roof

  We are very happy with the service provided by Clarkes of Brighton. We needed a new roof on our 4 bed bungalow and as our daughter had a very positive roofing experience with Clarkes in 2017, we asked them to do the work. All members of the team were professional, polite and friendly. The project manager gave great attention to detail enabling the work to be completed within 2 weeks to a very high standard.   Amazing job transforming our attic

  Clarkes of Brighton did an amazing job transforming our attic. What was once a dark, dusty and unwelcoming void has become a bright and beautiful place for us to relax in. Ricky was happy to spend as much time as needed to discuss exactly what we wanted, and also had lots of creative solutions to make the most of the space. The team worked at lightning speed, were prompt, friendly, and we were very happy with all the work they did. We have used their services before and will not hesitate to use them again.
