Absolutely fantastic work by Ricky and team on our commercial property in a conservation area in Kemp Town. They carried out a full re-roof in natural slate with lead gullies, and we are delighted with the finished product (see photos). We met a few different roofing companies, and not only was Clarkes of Brighton's quote very reasonable, we appreciated them taking the time to talk us through the various options and issues rather just saying "you need a new roof" like some of the others did. Punctual, fun to work with, tidy, went above and beyond and did a cracking job, what more can i say.

Before a quote was provided, Ricky spent considerable time trying to find the source of our leak. Others had said we needed a whole new roof. I had a truly horrendous situation where roofers I had found on the internet had disappeared off leaving work unfinished. On top of this, when the guys from Clarkes took a look at what had been done it was a sorry state of affairs. Everything had been incorrectly installed and left in a dangerous state. From the off, Ricky was supportive and very helpful, explaining what would need doing and providing assurance of professionalism. Clarke's got cracking on the job straight away and were efficient, organised and professional. The final work looks great and communication throughout was excellent.
