He was polite and helpful done a good job will be using him again

From the first contact with CK plumbing the communication was swift, direct and informative. Cian gave us an excellent quote, offered advice on what we wanted in line with what would work best and produced a top class job in shorter time than initially thought. Very impressed with the work and we are so pleased to finally have a new en-suite shower that looks just as we wanted.

All went well when the work needed to be done so responsive and planned a date for the works. Once work was done and was paid for, I noticed a few snagging issues which I messaged about. Received a response after a few nudges and was sent a photo of the instruction booklet to increase the flush amount. I still couldn’t resolve so asked to when he could fix but no reply. No reply with multiple attempts at contact. I wouldn’t use this plumber again as the after care is very poor. I’d advise using another trader

Cian was fantastic, great communication, was able to fix the problem within the day and all completed efficiently. Really professional and disruption was to a minimum, went above and beyond and was very polite and helpful.

The Job was left unfinished. Said he would come back but inspite of numerous phone calls,texting and leaving messages Cain as yet to reply or complete the job.

Cian did a great job of swiftly ordering us a new shower valve and installing it. Communication was clear, and job completed well. Would recommend.
