  All went well when the work needed to be done so responsive and planned a date for the works. Once work was done and was paid for, I noticed a few snagging issues which I messaged about. Received a response after a few nudges and was sent a photo of the instruction booklet to increase the flush amount. I still couldn’t resolve so asked to when he could fix but no reply. No reply with multiple attempts at contact. I wouldn’t use this plumber again as the after care is very poor. I’d advise using another trader
