    Replacing all doors kick boards etc

    This was not the first time that Paul has carried out work for us. This in itself speaks volumes. Paul’s work ethic is that every job has to be carried out to the highest standard, and his standards are exceptionally high. We would recommend him to anyone.

    Garden makeover

    I had some garden works done with CK developments . Paul put up a pagoda , installed some decking and added a border and seating area . The whole works was completed on time and to a high standard . Paul is an absolute perfectionist and left each night after tidying up thoroughly . I’m so pleased with what he did . It’s turned my new build garden into a warm inviting space . I love it. Highly recommend CK developments.

    Basement flat refurbishment

    We employed Paul to complete a two bedroom basement flat refurbishment which entailed back to brick work, moving two internal walls, moving the bathroom and the kitchen. Paul organised all the specialist trades and oversaw their work as well as being hands on for the building work, joinery and end finishing. Paul did a brilliant job and stuck to his quote and programme. If you are looking for an honest hard working considerate and knowledgeable builder then look no further than Paul at CK Development .

    Extend front of house and utilise Porch

    Yet again, CK Developments have done a fantastic job on my house. The front door of the house was brought forward into what was the porch, which utilised the space a lot better, by creating a much larger entrance and hallway. There is a reason why I ONLY USE CK Developments, and that is because they are the best at what they do

    REFURBISHMENT OF A ONE BEDROOM FLAT

    Paul Naves provided excellent services not only completing the works on time and to our agreed price but also adding value with suggestions that saved me money. This was a turn key job as I'm not resident in the area so it was great to have Paul willing to take deliveries and sort out other trades that were needed. Thoroughly recommend this company.

    VERY PLEASED WITH FINISHED BATHROOM. WORK WAS CARRIED OUT MOST PROFESSIONALLY BY PAUL AND HIS PLUMBER WAYNE, WITH MINIMUM DISRUPTION. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE TO MEET OUR NEEDS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I can offer you this skilled service as I have 14 years’ experience in the building trade: in which time I have enhanced my experience and knowledge covering a vast variation of work.

I have a partner in the business, and between us we consider ourselves to be honest, hardworking tradesmen who take great pride in all we do, regardless of the size of the job, or if it is domestic or commercial work.
