Yet again, CK Developments have made me a very happy home owner, by building a brick extension on the back of my house, and re-arranging my kitchen accordingly. This has allowed me to have much more space in my kitchen, and to have much more natural light coming in, due to the excellent advice given. I have used CK Developments before, and I am very happy that I used them again for this project. The very competitive pricing and excellent workmanship has resulted in my house feeling completely transformed. They also keep the place very tidy and clean up at the end of every working day

Had Paul and his team carry out our extension which included new kitchen, en suite and utility room. The work was carried out the a fantastic quality and Paul and his team came up with ideas to make it our dream extension. Also at the end of everyday the site was left throughly clean and tidy which based on some builders is a rare quality. The communication throughout the job was good and we were always kept up to date with progress. Would have no hesitation in recommending Paul and his team to anyone who wants any building works carried out.

This was not the first time that Paul has carried out work for us. This in itself speaks volumes. Paul’s work ethic is that every job has to be carried out to the highest standard, and his standards are exceptionally high. We would recommend him to anyone.

I had some garden works done with CK developments . Paul put up a pagoda , installed some decking and added a border and seating area . The whole works was completed on time and to a high standard . Paul is an absolute perfectionist and left each night after tidying up thoroughly . I’m so pleased with what he did . It’s turned my new build garden into a warm inviting space . I love it. We employed Paul to complete a two bedroom basement flat refurbishment which entailed back to brick work, moving two internal walls, moving the bathroom and the kitchen. Paul organised all the specialist trades and oversaw their work as well as being hands on for the building work, joinery and end finishing. Yet again, CK Developments have done a fantastic job on my house. The front door of the house was brought forward into what was the porch, which utilised the space a lot better, by creating a much larger entrance and hallway. There is a reason why I ONLY USE CK Developments, and that is because they are the best at what they do
