Very prompt response to my enquiry! Equally prompt visit then quote sent! We were impressed from the first contact! Completed the work and did a really fantastic job! He is polite and informative taking great pride in his work! Extremely tidy, clearing and cleaning at every stage which is difficult with woodwork so that impressed us a lot! Tried to use a carpenter on check a trade with high reviews based locally and got tierd of the usual no reply, dragging his feet like the job was there when he wanted it nonsense so told him not to bother. Saw charlie and he said he would come and quote the job on a particular date which he did. Then he said he would quote which he did and the quote was fair. Turned up when he said he would & did a good job. You might expect this as a standard service but unfortunately not often the case however with charlie it is.
