Did a brilliant job as always.

CK Carpentry & Building Ltd - have done work for me in the past so I had absolutely no hesitation in asking Charlie for a quote to repair a Newel post that had moved out of alignment . I accepted the quote which was very reasonable and Charlie carried out the repairs by removing the old fixings , replacing with new ones and then cutting out plugs using some matching hardwood which i had. When sanding is complete and the area redecorated you will not be able to see where the fixings were applied. As aways Charlie takes pride in his work and I am very pleased with the finished job.

I required the installation of two replacement wooden posts for our external porch which are the roof supports. as the existing ones were rotting.

Throughout Charlie has been courteous, on time and listened to and understood what we wanted to achieve. The quote was thorough and Charlie regularly checked that it would deliver what we wanted. Communication around the booking and payment schedule for the job was extremely clear. There were no delays to Charlie starting the job and he finished within the proposed timescale to a very high standard finish. Over the 2.5 weeks that Charlie was in our home he was respectful to the needs of our busy household. more photos once we have decorated so they are a true reflection of the finish

Charlie is friendly, reliable and hard working. He fitted 3 internal doors to a high standard and with no hesitation we have asked him to return to do some more work.
