    Kitchen Adaptations

    Moved into a property with a nightmare 50cm awful hob/cooker - that nowhere could replace with good quality except 60cm wide. We can't afford a refurb presently and baby due imminently - but CJS did a fantastic job altering the existing fittings to make a 60cm wide gap. This really saved the day and he managed to repair a broken corner cabinet door for us at the same time. He squeezed our small job in quickly, bang on time, tidy and efficient. Just what you want in a tradesman. Fantastic thank you.

    Replacement of Kitchen Worktop + Sink

    Extremely pleased with the work carried out by Chay and team at CJS Property Services and would 100% recommend! I manage a number of properties and due to my job dealing with maintenance issues and liaising with tenants, I require excellent communication from trades people, along with reliability, professionalism and a high standard of workmanship. Chay ticked the boxes for all of those, so it goes without saying that I be using him again!

    Replacing kitchen unit with integrated dishwasher

    Chay did a fantastic job in our kitchen, replacing an Ikea cupboard unit with an integrated dishwasher and installing. Communication was very prompt and professional. He kept me updated throughout the process and was very tidy. Would definitely recommend.

    Difficult job done excellently

    I asked to fit a new cupboard, dishwasher and swap the direction of my sink. Shopped around but ppl turned the job down, said too difficult. These guys came in and did a cracking job, looks better than new.

My name is Chay,

I'm a time served Carpenter and Joiner. I've been trading for myself as a sole trader now for over 6 years,

I have over 18 years experience in joinery/maintenance and the construction industry.

I have a vast array of experience in this industry consisting from large timber builds through to new builds consisting of 1st and 2nd fix work. this includes floor/joist laying, stud wall installs and door and frame installs.

My main field of work is installing fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms, I have very good knowledge and experience in this area.

I also carry out skirting/architrave internal/external door hanging and other joinery jobs throughout the home this includes decorating and household building maintenance from a leaking tap to a broken fence no job is too small.

When it comes to a good quality finish I'm your man.
