Chay and his team done a fantastic job building my summer house. They are prompt, efficient, tidy and finished the work to very high standard. We had a defected part. Chay came back to install it at the earliest possible time so we can enjoy the summer house without delay. Highly recommend.

Chay and his team worked around this brilliantly. Chay is dead easy to get on with. He takes alot of pride in what he does and listens carefully to what you need doing. Moved into a property with a nightmare 50cm awful hob/cooker - that nowhere could replace with good quality except 60cm wide. We can't afford a refurb presently and baby due imminently - but CJS did a fantastic job altering the existing fittings to make a 60cm wide gap. This really saved the day and he managed to repair a broken corner cabinet door for us at the same time. He squeezed our small job in quickly, bang on time, tidy and efficient. Just what you want in a tradesman. Fantastic thank you.

Extremely pleased with the work carried out by Chay and team at CJS Property Services and would 100% recommend! I manage a number of properties and due to my job dealing with maintenance issues and liaising with tenants, I require excellent communication from trades people, along with reliability, professionalism and a high standard of workmanship. Chay ticked the boxes for all of those, so it goes without saying that I be using him again!

Chay did a fantastic job in our kitchen, replacing an Ikea cupboard unit with an integrated dishwasher and installing. Communication was very prompt and professional. He kept me updated throughout the process and was very tidy. Would definitely recommend.

I asked to fit a new cupboard, dishwasher and swap the direction of my sink. Shopped around but ppl turned the job down, said too difficult. These guys came in and did a cracking job, looks better than new.
