Chay recently completed a total renovation of my cloakroom with a new shower, toilet, sink, tiling and flooring. Chay & Kev were professional, courteous and communicated clearly throughout. They were a pleasure to have in the house, friendly, respectful, and trustworthy. I’m absolutely delighted with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Chay and his team at CJS were professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with after our previous fitter cancelled. They fit us in at short notice and delivered outstanding workmanship with meticulous attention to detail, great communication, and tidy sites. Even with challenges and changes, nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen, utility, and remedial works were completed to a superb standard in 2–3 weeks. As someone with high expectations, I was genuinely impressed — we’d happily use them again and highly recommend CJS.

Chay quoted for the job and came the same day. The fridge and freezer were installed and doors adjusted accordingly. Very tidy and would happily use for future work.

Had Chay in to fit a new kitchen in to my parents bungalow. We needed major renovation which included plumbing, wiring, floor tiling, plastering ,decorating and of course faultless fitting of the kitchen. NOTHING was too much trouble for him he took everything in his stride and with his colleagues produced what we would consider a "Showroom" installation. We couldn't be more happy with the kitchen and couldn't recommend Chay and CJS Property Services along with his merry band of men highly enough!!
