Had Chay in to fit a new kitchen in to my parents bungalow. We needed major renovation which included plumbing, wiring, floor tiling, plastering ,decorating and of course faultless fitting of the kitchen. NOTHING was too much trouble for him he took everything in his stride and with his colleagues produced what we would consider a "Showroom" installation. We couldn't be more happy with the kitchen and couldn't recommend Chay and CJS Property Services along with his merry band of men highly enough!!

The guys were amazing start to finish! Listened to what you had in mind for your project and also using their expertise recommended other options to consider. Everything provided was what we agreed on, no unwanted surprises or mistakes made. They even covered the painting requirement which was a relief - meant I didn’t have to find another contractor to do it. Incredibly helpful and would love to have them come again when I’m able to do some more renovation! Work done was high quality at a very fair price. Thanks for all your efforts guys, loving the room!

A quick response from Chay with an acceptable quote with a date agreed soon after. Two panels had to be changed over and we had quest arriving on the weekend which Chay accommodated. Great communication all the way through. Highly recommend Chay.

Chay and his team done a fantastic job building my summer house. They are prompt, efficient, tidy and finished the work to very high standard. We had a defected part. Chay came back to install it at the earliest possible time so we can enjoy the summer house without delay. Highly recommend.
