  Carl provided a 1st class service from first contact to completing the job. He came to my job request within 24 hours having spoken to him both via email and mobile. He provided an outstanding service , he could not of done anything more and very price competitive. Put simply this is what 'Good Looks Like' . Well done.

  Carl was quick to respond to my advert and came out the very next day to do the job. He maintained regular communication with me up to his arrival. I found Carl very professional and customer-focused. He got the job done efficiently, as quickly as possible and without fuss, and at a reasonable price. I would be happy to use Carl again and can recommend him highly.

  Kitchen unit Repair

  The person came, tried to carry out the repair, didn't succeed because the problem is beyond his skills or tools. He gave a quote for the work and told me he would bring more tools next week. Then he stopped responding to my texts. If you are no longer interested in a job, just tell me. What's the point in stopping all communications? That's terrible customer service.

  Replace garden shed felt

  Part of the felt in garden shed was blown off mm by storm winds. Carl gave the choice of replacing only the part or whole thing since I had to buy a new roll of felt. Cost was reasonable. It took about 1.5hr. I had to remove and get rid of the old material would have been better if he did.
