A great service. Contacted me and did the project on the same day. Lovely personal touch and great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

The person came, tried to carry out the repair, didn't succeed because the problem is beyond his skills or tools. He gave a quote for the work and told me he would bring more tools next week. Then he stopped responding to my texts. If you are no longer interested in a job, just tell me. What's the point in stopping all communications? That's terrible customer service.

Part of the felt in garden shed was blown off mm by storm winds. Carl gave the choice of replacing only the part or whole thing since I had to buy a new roll of felt. Cost was reasonable. It took about 1.5hr. I had to remove and get rid of the old material would have been better if he did.

Carl was amazing,very helpful and kept me up to date re visit times.A quote was given and he stayed true to his word. Will definitely recommend and if the need arises I will not hesitate to to contact him again.
