Nick was great... I was on nights so wasn't up until the afternoon.. No problem for Nick said he will be there at 1430, and arrived on time... Solved the problem straight away, and made the required change... Excellent work and door locks better than before... Excellent communication as well... Cleaned up and left everything same as before...
