Nick at City Locksmiths is a good guy. He diagnosed the problem with my front door lock via a quick video and was at my house the same day to fix the problem with the minimum of fuss. Rang Nick today Sunday as we we're locked out. He answered his phone straight away and got to us in 15 minutes. After only 5 minutes he'd got our door open, We couldn't believe how quickly he done it. And we couldn't believe it when he said it was easy to open he knocked £30 off his original price. Absolutely over the moon with the service. Had a broken lock on my outbuilding. I rang Nick who was actually away at the time on a short holiday. He said he would be back the following day and would come straight over. As a man of his word he came on time and had the door open in minutes and and in less than an hour had a new lock put on.
