    Fixed / replaced front door lock mechanism

    Archie was a good communicator and very proactive, as well as being friendly and approachable throughout. Came around quickly and resolved the issue in good time as well as sorting out some alignment issues free of charge.

    Front uPVC door required realignment and back door required new parts and realignment.

    Nick responded really quickly to my request and was friendly & professional throughout. I was told what days were free and Nick accomodated my availability, no questions asked. When Nick arrived he got straight to work and made sure to explain what needed doing and why. He made me aware of cost and checked if that was OK before proceeding with the work. Even little details like having a card reader to make payment easier was a huge plus. Nick is great at his job and a great guy. Would definitely recommend and use him again in future.

    Brilliant experience. Work was carried out professionally and to a high standard. Excellent customer service and support and everything explained carefully. The issue was fixed quickly after contacting them. Would highly recommend this company. Nick did a brilliant job.

    Replacing a deadlock
