    Very quick response and excellent communication. Investigated and fixed our damaged patio door despite its age and the fact that parts were obsolete. Nick was helpful and thorough and the work was completed at a reasonable price.

    Locking mechanism fault

    Excellent job done on the lock on our patio doors. Knew what was wrong as soon as he tried the lock... Quick job... Changed locking mechanism and works perfectly.

    French patio door lock

    Nick was great... I was on nights so wasn't up until the afternoon.. No problem for Nick said he will be there at 1430, and arrived on time... Solved the problem straight away, and made the required change... Excellent work and door locks better than before... Excellent communication as well... Cleaned up and left everything same as before... Highly recommend Nick from City Locksmiths Gwent for any type of lock problem
