    Locking mechanism fault

    Excellent job done on the lock on our patio doors. Knew what was wrong as soon as he tried the lock... Quick job... Changed locking mechanism and works perfectly.

    French patio door lock

    Nick was great... I was on nights so wasn't up until the afternoon.. No problem for Nick said he will be there at 1430, and arrived on time... Solved the problem straight away, and made the required change... Excellent work and door locks better than before... Excellent communication as well... Cleaned up and left everything same as before... Highly recommend Nick from City Locksmiths Gwent for any type of lock problem

    Nick at City Locksmiths is a good guy. He diagnosed the problem with my front door lock via a quick video and was at my house the same day to fix the problem with the minimum of fuss. He’s knowledgeable, responsive and I would highly recommend him.

    Door Lock not locking.

    Nick responded promptly on here & said he could come out next day (today Sunday) he arrived early. Was very friendly & had the door handles off & lock sorted within minutes. Would recommend him & will use him again for any future problems.
