  My regular cleaner was busy that why I used this company. The lady left so much rubbish in the flat which she should have taken out, I gave her cloth to clean with but she used every tea towel as cleaning cloth. The floors in the kitchen and bathroom wasn’t cleaned only hovered. I had to keep an eye on her to do the work it was like she was in a rush when she realised I wasn’t prepared to go over the hours I booked. Will not use this company again.

  domestic deep cleaning

  I had a deep cleaning booked, and I'll give them credit for being communicative at the time of booking and their website is very easy to use. However, on the day, they never showed up for my 1pm booking. By 2:30pm, they were still 30 minutes away and I never heard from them until I reached out to the company directly.

  Sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service. We were delayed at a previous job due to unforeseen issues, as the property required more attention than expected. At the time of cancellation we were just 20 minutes away and ready to carry out the service

  Kitchen cleaning

  The Cleaner was very good, indeed! The Cleaning company itself, I wouldn't recomment. They don't keep to their own rules. They wouldn't clean for less than 3 hours, they told me. But they were almost 2 hours late. So instead of 1 - 4pm, they only arrived at 2.45pm, I changed my appointment from 4 to 4.30pm, so that they could clean at least a bit longer. City Houlsekeeping charged me for 2 hours, I contacted them to make them aware of their charges. They didn't repay me. So, they were late, they didn't fullfill their booking and I even had to pay more than I should have.

  Deep clean before moving into house

  Wonderful ladies, did a marvelous job. Cleaned the house too to bottom. Very impressed with how they got the oven sparkly clean - it was horrific to start with! Would use again and definitely recommend
