    I have used this company for several months now, and have been very happy with the operatives they have sent - they are efficient and friendly. The company has good communication and they are quite flexible, which is useful for someone who doesn't have a fixed schedule.

    I did not have a 100% satisfactory experience with them and I reflected that on my previous review. But they have reached out and offered different ways to make amends. I appreciate this effort from the them and I will give them another chance in due time.

    Poor time keeping

    I booked a specific available slot via their website (early morning so I could let them in and head to work). They phoned a couple of days before to advise that in fact this slot wasn't available and offered a mid-afternoon slot instead I reluctantly agreed and made arrangements for someone to be there to let them in. On the day of the appointment they repeatedly pushed the time of the appointment back. They ended up arriving shortly after 5pm. Seemed to care very little about the abysmal client experience and happy to mess you around/waste your time to suit their own schedule.
