Very straight forward. unfortunately they had to cancel the original appointment due to sickness but rearranged for the following day.

City Housekeeping were easy to deal with. Cleaners turned up in plenty of time and completed the clean in the estimated time. Cleaners were friendly, helpful, polite and completed the task with no fuss.

City Housekeeping carried out an end-of-tenancy clean for the property. While there was a slight communication hiccup initially, the team was responsive and ultimately delivered exactly what was agreed upon. The cleaners arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid good attention to the areas I had highlighted — especially the bathrooms and balcony. The property was left in clean condition, meeting expectations for a professional end-of-tenancy standard. Overall, a positive experience, and I appreciate their effort in making sure everything was completed as discussed. Would recommend.
