Ross was knowledgeable, reassuring and very reliable. On the day of the work being complete Ross and his team were efficient, professional and well organised. At the end of the day everything was cleared up, hoovered and back to normal. Ross and his team have exceeded expectations from start to finish. The work carried out was done in good time and to an excellent standard. City Damp definitely left the house in a much better state then when they arrived thanks to their great work ethic and eye for detail. I cannot fault the excellent communication and work ethic of City Damp Portsmouth Ltd. They did a great job and completely cleared up after each days work. Ross and his team carried out the damp proofing work at our property, very thorough from surveying and giving us a quote, to carrying out the works and completing. Very impressed with how tidy they had my house, even with the amount of mess they had to make to get the job done. After each day they left the house spotless and clean. The work itself was carried out to a high standard, and they kept us informed throughout the whole job of their findings and what they were doing.
