We have used City Damp for a number of jobs in the past. Due to Ross’ reassuring experience and high level of work I chose him and his team to undertake a large re-rendering job on our house. Due to the age of the house there were a large number of problems un covered. These unexpected problems were dealt with in a quickly and priced reasonably to enable the project to be completed on time and to a very high standard. Ross and his team are both friendly and hardworking and I would recommend them.

Excellent service and communication. Their work was immaculate, and they were very polite and friendly. They were highly professional and took great care to minimise any mess or debris in the area at the house and outside. A great experience, and I would happily recommend them in a heartbeat.

James and his team were a joy to work with. James was quick and efficient from the beginning, and so courteous. Arrived for 2 survey meetings early but so polite, did not knock on the door until the agreed hour (both were first thing in the morning). He and two of his team arrived to do the work, also early and super polite. Such tidy and clean workers. I had dust sheeted some items but they added more, and thoroughly tidied and hoovered up at the end of both days' work. I did not expect that, certainly not at the end of day 1. Waiting for the plaster to dry out before painting but looks good!

Was really impressed from the first visit to do a survey. The work was carried out to a very high standard. I was contacted if any issues arose and everything was explained. Would definitely recommended.

Hands down the best experience with a tradesperson ever. Ross is knowledgable, as are his team. From quote to communication to getting the job done, City Damp impressed us. Always on time, quality of work was top notch and they were so clean, tidy and polite. Would not hesitate to recommend, an absolute dream to work with.

Excellent job completed. James kept in contact with updates throughout the process with clear explanations of what was happening. The job was completed in the given time frame, within the given quote and the house was left extremely tidy. Would thoroughly recommend!
