Firstly to say this work was carried out last Summer so have been late in submitting but needed to recommend. Ross and his team have carried out damp work in our old house on a number of occasions and their work has always been first class. We contacted Ross in about March 2025 for some damp work in our kitchen, this lead to far more work than anticipated. Throughout the whole process we were kept informed of timescales and additioanl cost associated with unfortunately finding cracks in the exterior of the walls which we had been forewarned about may happen after the rendering was removed.

I have just used Ross and his team and felt compelled to write a review because the service he gave was exceptional. From the initial contact, he was prompt in responding. Once the work started he kept me fully updated throughout the job. For a process which is essentially very messy I can't believe how clean they kept my house and the job started and finished exactly when he promised. I HIGHLY recommend them to anybody looking for damp course treatment.

We had rising damp on and around our chimney and he has sorted the damp , replaced skirting , some floor boards and replastered the walls. James has done great job and comes throughly recommended.

Top service. I’ve been dealing with Ross regarding a damp issue, with new tenants due to move in just after Christmas. He managed to fit me in before his holidays, kept me updated with photos throughout, and communicated clearly at every stage. Very honest, reliable, and professional.
