Top service. I’ve been dealing with Ross regarding a damp issue, with new tenants due to move in just after Christmas. He managed to fit me in before his holidays, kept me updated with photos throughout, and communicated clearly at every stage. Very honest, reliable, and professional. You can’t ask for much more — I’d definitely recommend him and will use him again if needed 👍🏼

They came in & did an assessment of work needed & were very thorough. They then came back & did all the work needed to sort out the damp problem, this was carried out with the minimum disruption possible. Second time we have used City Damp and absolutely no complaints. Ross was thorough in finding the source of the problem, completed the work quickly and efficiently. Replastering finish was incredible, and house cleaner than it was prior to the job. Thank you City Damp :)

I wasn’t sure what the issue was with dark spots appearing all over my internal walls. Ross came and inspected the property and advised on the best course of action to install extra ventilation around the house. Ross and his team did a fantastic job. They were punctual, clean tidy and professional. Lovely guys and would definitely recommend.
