10 A complete bathroom refitting

From start to finish the service we received was excellent. We were kept in contact throughout the process. Lee arrived on the day and time we were told work was to commence. They worked really and were completely professional throughout. Both Lee and his workmate were friendly and are an asset to city bathroom. When they left each day everything was left clean and tidy. City bathroom made contact whilst job was being done and after completion to see if everything was to our satisfaction. Total bathroom refurb. Wasn't looking forward to the work being done, but after a couple of initial hitches, which were sorted very promptly by the sales team I got Joe and Ryan for the installation. Nothing was too much trouble and I am so pleased with the end result. I don't normally post reviews but the workmanship and demeanor of Joe and his son made it easy to have them in my house. The kitchen designer Tom was very helpful and down to earth and polite when we visited the shop to go through the design, he made sure we were happy with everything before it being finalised. The kitchen fitter James and his dad were amazing, polite, helpful, genuine and very professional with their work and had no issues carrying out a few minor alterations. The electricians and tilers were prompt, professional and good humoured and worked to a high standard. It is a shame the coms with the gas fitter was poor, but this was swiftly dealt with by another one being appointed. 100% happy.Verified reviewerJob location: CV3
