  From the start the company supported with a home visit which was great and the offer to attend their showroom with an appointment was really good and very benifical, allowing a representative to show us around and choice what we felt we needed with advise given. The quote was more than expected but i do have expensive taste, however there was room for negotiation on both sides and the price was agreed. The goods were delivered promptly and the fitter Craig text me to confirm the start date and time. All went smoothly with support and understanding from Craig when a few things were changed.

  We have used this company twice to design and fit a new bathroom. From design to end of installation the work had been of the highest standard and their after sales service is second to none. The seal on the shower door was replaced free of charge even though its been 2 years since it was installed. Lovely people to deal with in the showroom too.

  Great service from start to finish to convert my parents bathroom to a walk in shower room. Really good large showroom and no pressure on upselling or anything. Overall an enjoyable experience. The fitters did a pre visit and communicated timings well and were a pleasure to have them working in the house. Would highly recommend and very competitively priced.
