I chose to have my bath removed and a shower tray instead. City bathrooms helped me get exactly what I wanted. Scott the fitter was brilliant. And the guys in showroom so helpful. I definitely recommend them

I have had a full bathroom renovation. The workman were professional, and did a fantastic job. The company i would highly recommend keeping me informed all through. The builder went out of his way to finish the job in the time frame as I was away Fantastic company

In May 2024 City Bathrooms installed a wonderful bathroom for us. Unfortunately on the 23rd June 2025 we had a large leak from our toilet in the morning. I called their after sales team at 9am and explained the problem and they said that they would send somebody out to do the repair. Mark the installations manager arrived in the morning and the toilet was repaired by 11 am which was brilliant. He did a fantastic and very tidy job leaving the bathroom looking like new again. I can not praise City Bathrooms enough.

Excellent service. All aspects from delivery of the bathroom, to the fitters workmanship everything was 1st Class. Everyone involved from the sales office, the delivery driver, the bathroom fitting team and the floor covering people were all very pleasant and considerate at what is a very major operation a small property! I used this company after my friend praised their service and workmanship when they had their new bathroom.

From design to fitting the service and advice was first class. The sales staff were professional and helpful and the fitting was superb. The fitter was always on time and was clsan and efficient. We had an excellent experience and were very glad to have chosen this company to do the work. We are also impressed with their communication and after sales service. Would certainly recomnend them.
