After struggling to climb over bath to have a shower we decided to strip out our old bathroom and install a new walk-in shower. Adrian patiently walked us around the showroom multiple times to see all of the different options. We chose a walk in shower and cabinets housing the basin and toilet. Floor to wall panels, tiled floor, PVC ceiling with inset lighting and extractor The fitters Dean and Lewis the did a great job gutting the old bathroom and installing the new with no damage to my decor. They installed the new equipment to a very high standard. I can highly recommend City Bathrooms

City Bathrooms first fitted my bathroom in August 2022. I was really happy with the work and love the bathroom. Unfortunately, as can happen, things can go wrong. In March, I noticed my shower temperature wasn't right. It was either far too cold or far too hot with no middle. I rang City Bathrooms who were fast acting to identify the issue- the shower cartridge- and arrange the fitting of it once it had arrived. They were accomodating around .g work hours and couldn't do enough to help me. I would highly recommend them, not just for initial fitting but also their aftercare.

Having used the company before with a full bathroom and supplied a kitchen was happy to return again for a new shower cubicle, all staff were helpful and job completed just how we wanted it 😊

I had a really good experience with City bathrooms. They called me within a few hours of my first enquiry then Jamie came out the same day to have a look at my bathroom. I then went to their showroom and chose the options with Jamie who sent me a 3D representation somI could visualise the different wall and floor options. They were really good at helping me choose items that suited but were within my budget. The bathroom refit went smoothly and was mostly completed within 5 days with really great fitters. Very happy with my new bathroom and the communication from City Bathrooms.

This is the second time I have used City Bathrooms and I am extremely pleased with the finished result. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone else. It was a first class job and mess was kept to a minimum. Special protective covers were laid along the hallway and stairs to prevent plaster dust getting into the carpets. The new bathroom looks great! Thank you to all concerned.

Big relief there’s still places like this around that do a great job! Massive shout out to the fitter Steve and the lad working with him and also Andy in the showroom. Very accommodating and always left my house as clear and tidy as possible across the two weeks it took to do the kitchen. Few minor issues as you can expect with a complete new kitchen that I needed fixing and Steve was back out within a few days to sort without any continuous chasing and phone calls / texts etc and all sorted with the utmost professionalism, would certainly recommend and will use again, many thanks.
