  Mice in the kitchen

  Absolutely wonderful. So knowledgeable. John was able to identify the type of mouse - field mouse, so not nesting in the house but coming in to feed. He caught the mice and tastefully sealed all the entrance points. Coming back 3 times to make absolutely sure the issue was sorted. Incredibly impressed with his reliability, courteousness and expert knowledge. Cannot recommend him highly enough and very different from previous experiences I have had with larger companies. Excellent job and reasonable price for such wonderful service. No problems since then and really happy.

  So Knowledgable, professional and courteous

  I saw a mouse in the kitchen. John was brilliant - instead of saying lets poison them, he got to the root of the problem: prevention is better than firefighting: from my description he thought it was field mice and they were coming in from outside through air bricks - not house mice who like to live in the attic (but he put bait in case). He was absolutely right - he trapped caught the two mice which were field mice and sealed all the entry points outside tastefully. No mess. No more issues! He knows absolutely everything about unwanted creatures and is 100% reliable.

  Rats in Garden

  A first class service we live near fields so mice and rats are occasionally a problem. John Arrived within an hour of my phone call and dealt with Rats in our garden really efficiently. I cannot thank John enough. What a service this company offers. Truly professional and compassionate. He went over and above any expectations.   Unwelcome rodents

  John was wonderful. Communication was excellent and he rushed over to us the day after new year to sort out our rat problems. John is highly professional and knowledgeable and removed all our unwanted guests very quickly. If you need a kind, helpful and trustworthy person for the job - John’s the man!

  John arrived promptly and was very courteous. I have a small intermittent mouse problem in my kitchen and he gave me some sound advice on prevention and remedial measures. He also gave additional advice by phone after he left.
