John was exceptional, was able to advise where the problem was and dealt with it quickly and efficiently. John was very patient and understanding and took the time to explain what work was being carried out. Highly recommend.

John came out to deal with a couple of squirrels that had found their way into the loft. The situation was resolved swiftly. John is pleasant, reliable, and on the ball. I will definitely call him again in the event of future invasions!
