Cymex Pest Control were brilliant from the moment I called. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond. They came out, assessed the rat problem in my garage, and set up a baiting program that completely cleared it. They also showed me practical steps to stop rats re-entering the garage. Gus was very helpful and knowledgeable and very prompt in attending. It was a rat in the kitchen issue. Gus identified point of entry, placed appropriate rodenticide and provided advice as to what other steps to take (including checking for other likely areas of possible infestation (thankfully none). Re-visited twice to check on 'progress'; although likely dead after first visit (given the amount of rodenticide consumed no other signs of activity) on second visit helped pin-point likely resting place.
