I had an extremely serious mice problem and called Sonics for help. When I spoke with the technician, he was very experienced and clearly knowledgeable. He explained that a baiting programme would be needed to effectively get rid of the mice. Over a series of visits, the technician successfully eliminated the infestation. Once the mice were gone, he identified the root cause of the problem and took steps to block all potential entry points, ensuring the issue would not recur. Cymex Pest Control were brilliant from the moment I called. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond. They came out, assessed the rat problem in my garage, and set up a baiting program that completely cleared it. They also showed me practical steps to stop rats re-entering the garage. The price was fair, the service was excellent, and I’d happily recommend them.

Gus was very helpful and knowledgeable and very prompt in attending. It was a rat in the kitchen issue. Gus identified point of entry, placed appropriate rodenticide and provided advice as to what other steps to take (including checking for other likely areas of possible infestation (thankfully none). Re-visited twice to check on 'progress'; although likely dead after first visit (given the amount of rodenticide consumed no other signs of activity) on second visit helped pin-point likely resting place. On removal of kitchen kick-boards dead rodent located and disposed off.

Responded the same day to come and treat a wasp nest. A second was discovered and treated at the same time. Professional approach and a good service.
