We had a really stressful mouse issue, and I honestly can’t thank Carole and Tony enough. Carole was so kind, helpful and efficient. She got everything arranged so quickly and made the process less overwhelming. Tony, who came to our home, was amazing. A real expert at what he does - thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. He took the time to carefully assess everything, picking up on small signs we never would’ve noticed, and was so reassuring throughout. 10 Wasp Nest in roof void

I contacted CID about a wasp nest in a void in my roof, & more recently to follow up. Both times, the service was excellent. The lady who answered the phone was friendly, professional, & helpful. Lewis, arrived exactly on time & was great to deal with—friendly, knowledgeable, & clearly experienced. He explained everything thoroughly, & I felt confident he knew exactly what he was doing. It’s clear this family-run company takes pride in their work & genuinely cares about their customers.
