Job location: DA1One swift visit and the ants vanished like they knew Lewis was coming. Haven’t seen a single one since, clearly, word got around. Lewis is a pest slaying wizard and a genuinely top bloke. I contacted Lewis at 10:00 and was fortunate that he could come and solve the problem at 12:00. Lewis was very pleasant and professional, clearly explaining what my problem was and how he solved it. Great communication throughout, quick, clean work to solve it and priced reasonably as an ‘emergency service’. Job location: DA14Called CID for removal of a wasp nest. The operative identified it as a hornet nest. Eradicated the hornets and identified the nest as European hornets. Explained we didn’t need to report it as it wasn’t Asian hornets. Took the nest away for disposal. The operative arrived on time and was very courteous.10 Highly recommended: expert, friendly service

Lewis was brilliant from first contact over the phone to completion of the job. I called him out to investigate a rat burrow under my patio. He is very knowledgeable and investigated thoroughly, including the drainage system and under my neighbours’ decking. He kept me fully updated on the process and was lovely to deal with throughout. He even filled in the burrow after there were no further signs of rat activity, which other pest control people I’d spoken to said they couldn’t do.
