Whilst moving into a new home always comes with a few surprises, me and my partner weren't expecting to find ourselves sharing our kitchen with a family of mice. We couldn't have been any happier with the work that Lewis Richardson carried out for us. He took the time to explain to us the movements of our fury friends and what we needed to do to resolve the situation. He was polite, attentive of our concerns and did all he could to help us get on top of the situation. He was, in short, a brilliant find and we would highly recommend.

Came in and surveyed the property as they were coming in from the back Gully in through the wall to under kitchen units..! Layed down plenty poison to investigate where they’re coming in through.. Resolved the issue.. Found the hole and filled in on 2nd visit and solved our problem.

Lewis visited us three times (i) initially to assess mice activity & to set bait points; (ii) his second visit was to assess uptake of bait & to conduct a survey of how to proof our property; & (iii) his final visit was to supply & fit the proofing. Lewis was professional, efficient, friendly, he provided quotes promptly and written reports were provided after each visit. We will definitely contact Lewis again should we receive unwanted visitors again! I highly recommend Lewis & CID Pest Control.

Excellent service from the first phone call. Tony was an absolute star, he was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and made some suggestions, and the issue is now resolved. I highly recommend CID pest control and would definitely use them again.

We heard noises in the wall and thought we had a rat or a mouse, so having used Tony before, we contacted him again. He didn't find anything but left traps and poison down. Over a period of a couple of months, he made a number of visits and was eventually able to confirm it was a mouse. Now sadly deceased. I would highly recommend Tony because he won't give up until he's resolved the problem. He explains everything he's doing and and is just all round fantastic and we're so glad we found him!
