  REPLACING A KITCHEN SINK

  WE HAVE USED CHRIS SEVERAL TIMES IN THE LAST FEW YEARS FOR VARIOUS PLUMBING JOBS AND SO HAD NO HESITATION IN CONTACTING HIM AGAIN. ON THIS OCCASION HE SENT 2 VERY NICE YOUNG MEN 2 REMOVE OUR OLD KITCHEN SINK AND FIT A NEW ONE WITH A NEW TAP ALSO. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND TIDIED UP, REMOVING ALL THE OLD FITTINGS AND PACKAGING AND HOOVERING THE FLOOR. WE ARE DELIGHTED WITH THE WORK DONE AND WILL NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT CHRIS AGAIN IF WE NEED ANY PLUMBING WORK DONE IN THE FUTURE.

  First class service from Chris Neacy Services!

  At about 9pm on a Wednesday night I came to find two wet spots on my ceiling and a leaking pipe in my airing cupboard. My first course of action was to try and find an emergency plumber to come out ASAP. I must have tried about 15 different services with only 3 answering (two companies and Chris). Chris immediately looked to help remotely to limit damage and was quick to offer someone early the next morning (as he was on a job already). Oscar came the next day and completed work to a really high quality. Highly recommended!

  Excellent Emergency Plumber

  We needed an emergency plumber and Chris Neacy responded straight away, he was with us within half an hour and is an extremely helpful and friendly man, he located the leak in the loft immediately and installed the new pipe all this took about an hour. When he left he said under problem give me another call but I don't think I will be needed. I certainly would recommend Chris Neacy Services.

  I would not touch this plumber with a barge pole. He now refuses to come back

  Called this plumber early December regarding a small leak from our shower. Spoke to Mr Neacy who arranged for one of his plumbers to repair it. He finished the job and we allowed two days for it to the sealant to cure. First of use still leaks, rang Mr Neacy who again sent two plumbers to mend the leak. They found that the seal on the door was leaking and they could not get a seal that fitted our door and recommended a new door and frame. We had already paid approx £160.0. For the original work. Plus £700.00 approx for new frame and door, To date five visits numerous calls, STILL LEAKS

  We have been working with you on these issues, we do have another appointmernt booked to revisit this issue on friday the 23rd. i never refused to attened other than the day you demanded a plumber that day and i didn't have a plumber spare.
