  Poor Communication

  Plumber got stroppy and closed conversation when I asked them to price for TRV's which suggests to me that they will overprice on the job. Any plumber worth their salt can price for 10 TRV's even if their maths isn't good!

  can you please send evidance of this we would always give a price range of trvs fron £20 plus so i am not shaw where this has come from and the only time we close a chat if the customer no longer requires how services

  Paul we have no rercord of us making a appointment with you if you go on your checkatrade account you will see we sent you a message on the 7/5/25 and we do not have any record of you booking appointment with you for that time or work

  Overflowing cistern system

  I used Checkatrade for a plumbing emergency and contacted Chris Neacy, listed under ‘Plumbing’. Chris gave advice, explained the pricing for the service and agreed a Sunday morning visit for 9 am. He handled a difficult job confidently and cheerfully, had the correct items for the task , and we were pleased with the successful result . Highly recommended.

  Soil Pipe Filter

  I called Chris about a problem where the soil pipe vent had come loose. Chris was very helpful on the phone and discussed the options. Based on what I said he said to WhatsApp pictures later as was confident I could fix myself which would save time and money for me. With his guidance I have managed to rectify the problem. Might not be perfect but it is fixed which I am happy with as DIY is not a strong point. Highly recommend giving him a call as not only super helpful, a very nice man to talk too. Was a pleasure and I'm very grateful.
