  Unprofessional and unreliable

  Very disappointed with this company. The plumber who came out was annoyed about wearing shoe protectors and couldn’t complete the job but still wanted payment. After speaking with his boss Chris, we agreed not to pay and booked another job. We cancelled our plans to be home, but no one turned up. When I messaged Chris, he said, “no forgot to book you in sorry,” and we’ve heard nothing since. We’ve now used another company who were quick, professional, and actually communicated — a huge difference. Would not recommend.

  bathroom waste pipe blockage.

  Oscar turned up on time and asked what our concerns were and how he could help. I explained the problem and how we have been let down in the past by a previous plumber. Oscar looked at the work and tried his best to unblock the waste pipe, however due to the other plumbers work he had to re do the waste. which fixed the problem. Oscar was very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout. I have no hesitation of using his services again. First class.

  Efficient and good workmanship

  Work carried out to a high standard, fitted new downstairs toilet and water stop cock lever in cupboard. Pleased with end result, would recommend and use again.

  Initial work was completed on time and to a great standard. I was impressed with the overall experience that I got his guys back in to do a fix on a leaking pipe a few weeks later. Highly recommended

  Chris came out on a Saturday when I had an emergency, and I honestly can’t thank him enough. My insurance company told me their “emergency” plumber would be with me in 48 hours ! Chris arrived within the hour and was absolutely brilliant. He resolved the issue quickly and professionally, and I’ll definitely be using his services again in the future. Don’t hesitate to give Chris a call. I highly recommended!
