  Very prompt reply and same day appointment. Identified the issue and not straightforward but resolved by the engineer. Oscar was courteous and explained each stage, persistent and eventually fixed the problem completely.

  Someone from Chris Neacy Services came over on the morning of the 17th March 2026 to have a look at my leaky shower. He was polite and professional and explained he was going to do a flood test of the unit, and from his test concluded it was likely the sealing of the unit that had gone - not the pipes or drain, and resealed the unit with silicone. The quality of the work was good and everything was clearly explained. Very happy with the work done, I'll definitely call again if I have any work in the future.

  this company turned up which is always a bonus , the lad was very professional, and explained things to us, we have an ongoing problem with boiler but they will do it yes lovelly people would recommend
