    Great service and advice

    I spoke to Chris about our shower which had stopped working. He was able to tell me over the phone that we needed to replace and advised me on the type of shower needed which was helpful. Liam carried out the work and was brilliant and a lovely bloke too. He arrived promptly, and even with a few curveball, thanks to our original shower, he was able to complete all work with a high quality finish. Very pleased so far.

    Poor Communication

    Plumber got stroppy and closed conversation when I asked them to price for TRV's which suggests to me that they will overprice on the job. Any plumber worth their salt can price for 10 TRV's even if their maths isn't good!

    can you please send evidance of this we would always give a price range of trvs fron £20 plus so i am not shaw where this has come from and the only time we close a chat if the customer no longer requires how services

    Overflowing cistern system

    I used Checkatrade for a plumbing emergency and contacted Chris Neacy, listed under ‘Plumbing’. Chris gave advice, explained the pricing for the service and agreed a Sunday morning visit for 9 am. He handled a difficult job confidently and cheerfully, had the correct items for the task , and we were pleased with the successful result . Highly recommended.
