  I am very pleased with this company. I have been using them for many years. Olly R came to service my boiler last month. He arrived punctual for his appointment. He was polite and friendly. Olly serviced the boiler with confidence and expertise. I must say that the office staff are polite and helpful. M.G

  Fixing a toilet, fitting a vanity unit and installing an outdoor tap

  Chislehurst Plumbing and Heating responded promptly to my advert, and was able to accommodate my request and on my preferred date. Having provided the requested photos and detail of the job: fixing a deal between a concealed cistern and toilet, replacing an existing sink with a vanity unit and installing an outdoor tap, CHP confirmed with an estimate and date time. Engineer arrived on time, and very polite. We discussed the requirements and agreed a plan of action. He kept me informed and gave me a chance to approve how the tasks after to be completed. All done within time. Great service.

  Power flush perfection

  Today Chislehurst Plumbing & Heating performed a power flush on my heating system , what an amazing service , very polite staff with high levels of cleanliness. I feel like I have a new house it’s so cosy in here tonight !

  I am disabled and in a wheelchair, asked for the engineer to be patient me getting to the door. The engineer was a true ambassador for the company. He solved our problems quickly and efficiently explaining what he was doing to resolve the issue. He solved our problems easily and at speed. Tested the boiler when finished to make sure the issue was resolved. Highly recommend this company, they arrived on time, explained what they were going to do to resolve the issue. Fully tested when completed, this was followed up by the office to confirm everything was good before invoicing us.

  great service and good job. One tap was leaking and he came back next day immediately and fixed the issue. very professional and great job. Definitely recommend.
