Our boiler stopped working last Thursday night on 29 of January, no heating and hot water, CP arrived promptly the next day Friday before noon and Craig (Genius by nickname) quickly identified the problem and replaced the red heating pump. We gave used CP several times in the past and would highly recommend.

Chislehurst always service our boiler. This year they discovered an undefloor gas leak somewhere withinin the 9m of copper tubing from our external meter to our boiler.. The company is clearly customer focused from the receptionist onwards and the defective piping was ingeniously replaced by their engineer three days later with the most difficult acces. The care extended to a pair of 79 year old was much appreciated.

I am very pleased with this company. I have been using them for many years. Olly R came to service my boiler last month. He arrived punctual for his appointment. He was polite and friendly. Chislehurst Plumbing and Heating responded promptly to my advert, and was able to accommodate my request and on my preferred date. Having provided the requested photos and detail of the job: fixing a deal between a concealed cistern and toilet, replacing an existing sink with a vanity unit and installing an outdoor tap, CHP confirmed with an estimate and date time. Engineer arrived on time, and very polite. We discussed the requirements and agreed a plan of action. He kept me informed and gave me a chance to approve how the tasks after to be completed. All done within time. Great service.

Today Chislehurst Plumbing & Heating performed a power flush on my heating system , what an amazing service , very polite staff with high levels of cleanliness. I feel like I have a new house it’s so cosy in here tonight !

Great customer service, very organised & efficient on the day of the visit. They were really flexible in accommodating our availability. Will certainly be using again in the future!
