Gavin undertook a chimney inspection and a sweep. He was really nice to deal with from the beginning. He responded to my enquiry very quickly and was a good communicator so that it was easy to agree on a convenient time to do the work. He was polite, professional and friendly. Very prompt response to my enquiry and arranged a date for a couple of days later.Arrived on time and prepped the area he was working as to not cause any mess.Explained the process to me as I had some questions regarding a experience with a previous clean (Not the same company) and completed the job in a professional manner. What You Can Expect from our sweep service:
We deliver a clean, fully insured, and qualified, professional service using protective sheets, a HEPA vacuum, we also have a air scrubber for extra protection and we use a rotary sweeping system for an efficient and damage-free clean however we also carry manual brushes and Wohler viper reels which can sweep 30m high flues.
