Gavin undertook a chimney inspection and a sweep. He was really nice to deal with from the beginning. He responded to my enquiry very quickly and was a good communicator so that it was easy to agree on a convenient time to do the work. He was polite, professional and friendly. I am very happy with the service he provided and I would not hesitate to recommend Chimney Power Sweeping Ltd.

Very prompt response to my enquiry and arranged a date for a couple of days later.Arrived on time and prepped the area he was working as to not cause any mess.Explained the process to me as I had some questions regarding a experience with a previous clean (Not the same company) and completed the job in a professional manner. Would use the company again.The fire looked great the area was left very clean and tidy and the room smelt lovely when he had finished the job.

The team did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Zero mess, in fact they left the place spotless with great attention to detail. Lee also offered advice around safety etc. I'd definitely recommend them to anybody needing their chimney swept.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great communication, arrived on time, and did a very thorough job. Left the place clean and tidy, and I’m now left with two fully working fireplaces. Highly recommended.

Chimney Power Sweeping contacted me almost instantly after I put in my request. I'd moved into a house with old chimneys and never had this done before. They were professional and very helpful, they've given me advice on how to use and maintain the chimneys. I'll be using them again next year.
