  New Bathroom

  The team from Chigwell Construction Services came in, got the job done, and cleaned up after themselves. They went the extra mile to ensure that the work was done well, and adapted plans along the way to respond to our input. They completed the bathroom ahead of schedule and came back to fix the snags.   Flooring replacement

  1st day the casual workers that Chigwell instructed ruin contracted it to arrived, didn’t do anything then left the property while I was in another room without telling me they were leaving and left the front door open and the communal street doer open which meant my support dog could get out onto a busy London street. They then lied that I had asked them to leave - completely untrue as I was on the phone to Chigwell at the time! Today they didn’t turn up at all. Unreliable unsafe

  Remodel of bathroom plus replace kitchen tops, sink, taps etc

  I couldn’t recommend Eddie and the team at Chigwell construction enough, there were some awkward moments along the way where the q of will this work…the thought and consideration that went into making it work made me feel confident and most of all pleased with the results brilliant work!, nothing was too much to ask. I have been able to follow up very easily with any other matters that I need assistance with. Don’t hesitate to work with them!

  Full bathroom strip out and refurb

  They provided a complete strip out and refurb of a bathroom. The flat is 120 years old and a 4th floor walk up; the job was therefore more complicated and more physically demanding than most, but they did exemplary work without complaint. They were able to adapt the original design to the unique challenges of the buildings victorian plumbing and electrics. Special mention to the guy who worked tirelessly and did an impeccable job on the tiling. 10/10 can't recommend highly enough.

  Hallway refurbishment

  My experience with Chigwell Construction Services was excellent. I needed to widen an opening in my flat, which turned out to be more complex than expected—misfitting doors, electrical rewiring, and extra structural work. Thanks to Eddy’s expertise, patience, and his skilled team, the job was completed perfectly. A new door matching the originals was installed so well it looks like it’s always been there. And additional requirements that came up during the process were accommodated seamlessly. I highly recommend them and will use their services again for future refurbishments.
