  Full bathroom strip out and refurb

  They provided a complete strip out and refurb of a bathroom. The flat is 120 years old and a 4th floor walk up; the job was therefore more complicated and more physically demanding than most, but they did exemplary work without complaint. They were able to adapt the original design to the unique challenges of the buildings victorian plumbing and electrics. Special mention to the guy who worked tirelessly and did an impeccable job on the tiling. 10/10 can't recommend highly enough.

  Hallway refurbishment

  My experience with Chigwell Construction Services was excellent. I needed to widen an opening in my flat, which turned out to be more complex than expected—misfitting doors, electrical rewiring, and extra structural work. Thanks to Eddy’s expertise, patience, and his skilled team, the job was completed perfectly. A new door matching the originals was installed so well it looks like it’s always been there. And additional requirements that came up during the process were accommodated seamlessly. I highly recommend them and will use their services again for future refurbishments.

  Living Room Refurbishment

  Living room needed full makeover, including removing Artex, replastering, painting, new electrical points, installing engineered wood flooring and installing a new radiator. Edy and his team were friendly and communication was fantastic throughout. Each task was completed on time and to the highest standard. Any issues or questions were dealt with fully and promptly. Edy also gave good advice about many aspects of the project, which was very welcome, and his team tidied up as they went, and when the project was finished. We are very satisfied and would recommend Edy and his team.

  Loft, bathroom, renovations

  Eddie and his team have never let us down, from converting loft, a new bathroom with an unusual request for a sliding door, all our bedrooms completely renovated with new electrics, chimney knocked through, downstairs is next and I wouldn’t choose anybody but Chigwell constructions, no job too big or small and is on hand for any adjustments requested post job. Good communication, fair pricing, good quality work, friendly staff, punctual and most importantly trusted!

  Toilet refurbishment

  I was tense when I had this started as I redone my toilet twice before ( Yes! Previous builders and contractors were well referred) But I'm so pleased with the overall experience and end work, I can't recommend them highly enough! Eddie it's really good communicating and so budget conscious, his team so respectful, punctual, and clean ! Very friendly also! The finishing it's amazing 🤩! I'm so happy! Thank you so much for this great and pleasant service provided 🙏
